Create Your Free Account
Register at armalog.com — open registration, no credit card, no waiting list. During setup select your preferred currency (30 ISO codes supported) so all purchase values display correctly throughout the app.
Add Firearms to Your Arsenal
Go to Add Weapon and fill in your firearm details: name, type (Handgun, Rifle, Shotgun, Revolver, PCC…), caliber, purchase date, seller info, and zero distance. Upload a photo for easy identification.
Add Your Ammo Stock
Navigate to Ammo Tracker and add each ammo type you own. Define brand, caliber, and description. Log purchase batches with quantity, price, and date so Armalog can calculate your cost-per-round over time.
Set Up QR Code Logging
On each weapon's page find the QR Code section. Your unique QR code is generated automatically. Click Print QR to get a clean printout. Laminate it or stick it inside your range bag, gun case, or holster pouch — this is your instant range check-in.
Manage Maintenance Alerts
View maintenance progress from any weapon page — progress bars show current rounds vs. next service interval. When a threshold is reached you get an email and in-app notification automatically. Mark service as completed in Maintenance History to reset the counter.
Log a session in under 30 seconds
The QR logging system is Armalog's signature feature. Instead of opening an app, logging in, finding your firearm, and navigating to the log form — you scan, fill, done. Designed for the reality of being at a busy range.
Each weapon's QR token is unique and permanent. It encodes your weapon identity, pre-fills the log form, and applies your default ammo automatically. If you've enabled PIN protection, a secure prompt appears before the form is shown.
