ART. 5 Service Tiers & Access
The Platform is offered under two distinct service tiers. The nature of each tier is clearly presented to Users prior to registration and is described herein.
Full access to all Platform features at no monetary charge. Provided in exchange for the User's consent to receive occasional promotional communications from Armanov d.o.o. and its affiliated brands. See Article 6 for full details.
Full access to all Platform features, plus access to premium and future features, for a recurring subscription fee. No promotional communications from Armanov. Price: [PRO_PRICE_MONTHLY]/month or [PRO_PRICE_YEARLY]/year.

In consideration for this free access, Users who register under the Free Tier expressly consent, at the time of registration, to receive occasional promotional communications from Armanov d.o.o. regarding its products and services, as further described in Article 6. This consent is a material condition of the Free Tier. If a Free Tier User revokes their consent to receive such communications, the User's account will be automatically converted to the Pro Tier, subject to the applicable subscription fee.
5.2 Pro Tier
The Pro Tier provides Users with access to all Platform features, including any premium features introduced in the future, in exchange for payment of the applicable subscription fee as set out in Article 10. Pro Tier Users are not required to consent to promotional communications as a condition of access.

- Promotional offers and discounts on Armanov products;
- News and updates relating to Armanov's product lines and events;
- Updates and new feature announcements relating to the Armalog Platform.

You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email; or
- Contacting us directly at armalog@armalog.com.
If you are a Free Tier User and withdraw your marketing consent, your account will be automatically converted to the Pro Tier, and the applicable Pro Tier subscription fee will become payable from the date of conversion. You will be notified of this change and given reasonable opportunity to either accept the Pro Tier or request deletion of your account before any charge is applied.

Pro Tier Users are not required to consent to marketing communications and will not receive promotional emails from Armanov as a condition of their subscription. Pro Tier Users may optionally subscribe to Armanov product news at any time.
6.4 Transactional Communications
Regardless of your tier or marketing preferences, you will continue to receive transactional and service-related communications necessary for the operation of your account, including but not limited to: account registration confirmation, password reset emails, maintenance alert notifications, payment receipts, and material changes to these Terms. These communications are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
6.5 Legal Basis
Marketing communications sent to Free Tier Users are based on your explicit consent provided at the time of registration (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Your consent is freely given in the context of a genuine choice between the Free Tier (with consent) and the Pro Tier (without consent), in accordance with EDPB guidance on "consent or pay" models.
